ALPHA

New Session: January 15

Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the Christian faith. Each talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation.
At each 2 hour session, we will connect over food and watch a 30-minute video.
The time of connection is followed by a talk on a subject central to the Christian faith. Each session we will explore the big issues of life and faith and unpack the basics of Christian belief, addressing questions like “Who is Jesus?”, “Why and how do I pray?” and “How does God guide us?”

Check out Alpha Canada for more.

Panel Discussion: Anxiety

Feb. 6 at 7pm

How can you help support mental health in the church?

The Mental Health Iniatiative Team is holding a panel discussion featuring professionals and people with lived experience to talk about Anxiety and how it impacts our lives. We will speak to how Anxiety affects children and adults, as well as share helpful tips and strategies to try.

This is part of an effort to be better educated and aware of mental health within our church community.
