TRY ALPHA
Explore life, faith & meaning.
What is Alpha?
Alpha is a series of interactive sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith.
Each session looks at a different question, and is designed to create conversation. There’s no pressure, no follow-up and no charge; it’s just an open, informal, and honest space to explore and discuss life’s big questions together.
Starting Wednesday February 3, for 10 weeks online!
WHAT DOES ALPHA LOOK LIKE?
There isn’t really an average Alpha. Alpha is run in local communities all around the world, and everyone is welcome. It runs in coffee shops, churches, bars, prisons, universities, schools and homes. No two Alphas look the same, but they all have three things in common: food, a talk, and good conversation.
CONNECTION
While we can't meet around a table for dinner as we'd like to right now, we can certainly experience meaningful connection together online!
SHORT
VIDEO
The talks are designed to be engaging and inspire conversation. Usually around 30 minutes long, they explore the big issues around faith and unpack the basics of Christianity, addressing questions like “Who is Jesus?”, “Why and how do I pray?” and “How does God guide us?”
MEANINGFUL
CONVERSATION
With a table of 6-8 people, share thoughts and ideas about the video without being corrected or judged. There's no obligation to say anything; it's an opportunity to hear from others and contribute your own perspective.
